RECOMMENDATION LETTER
Prepared by: N. Mbelle
Position: Chief Research Manager and study Director
Date:
Ms .Pushparani Pather (Rani ) has worked in various capacities in research projects that were conducted by the Human Sciences Research Council. Her best qualities include honesty, loyalty, and commitment, delivery of quality products, attention to detail and strong leadership. She got along very well with both research management and fieldworkers, by so doing ensuring that the task is completed on time and producing the highest quality.
Throughout her association with the HSRC, she demonstrated full comprehension of contractual, financial and administrative obligations which she had to fulfil and also adhered to policies as required. Her contribution towards procedures on how to supervise, track data and monitor each fieldworker performance enhanced the research operation in general, particularly within the HIV, AIDS, STIs and TB unit.
Rani also contributed sections to weekly reports (statistics and narratives), which were used towards planning further implementation of the projects and reporting to funders of the project.
Yours truly
